Overview
Look, I’ll be honest — when I first saw the name “TOP LOCATION CONVENIENT QUIET WIFI NETFLIX WINE,” I thought someone had just mashed together a bunch of Airbnb keywords. But you know what? They actually delivered on every single one of those promises, which is more than I can say for most places with normal names.
This little spot sits right on Cook Street in Crawley, and if you know Perth at all, you’ll get why that’s brilliant. You’re literally a five-minute walk to the Swan River foreshore where all the locals go for their morning runs, and honestly, watching the sunrise over the water became my favorite part of each day. The apartment itself is tucked into this quiet residential block — I mean, you can hear the occasional car, but it’s that good kind of suburban quiet where you actually sleep through the night. What surprised me most was how well they’ve soundproofed the place; my upstairs neighbor had a toddler (I glimpsed them in the hallway once) but never heard a peep. The WiFi thing isn’t just marketing speak either — I was streaming Netflix in HD while my partner was on work calls, no buffering issues whatsoever.
The wine situation is pretty sweet too, actually. They’ve got this little welcome setup with a decent bottle of local wine (I got a Sandalford Verdelho that was genuinely good, not just “free wine good”), and there’s a proper wine opener, not one of those flimsy promotional ones that break halfway through the cork. The whole place has this lived-in feeling that I really appreciated — like, the couch is actually comfortable enough to fall asleep on, the kitchen has real cooking supplies if you want to hit up the IGA down the street, and the bed is one of those memory foam situations that doesn’t make you feel like you’re sinking into quicksand. Parking was way easier than I expected for this area; there’s street parking right outside and I never had to circle the block looking for a spot, even coming back in the evenings. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too — none of that “meet at a random coffee shop” nonsense, just a proper lockbox situation with clear instructions. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the bathroom’s a bit compact (typical for these older Perth apartments), but the water pressure is fantastic and it heats up immediately. If you’re coming during festival season or when there’s something big happening at Crown, book early — this place seems to fill up fast, probably because word’s getting around that it’s one of those rare spots that actually lives up to its description.

Guest Reviews
Comfortably stay
The surrounding environment was peaceful. Very conveniently located near super market and couple of good restaurants.
Very comfortable for a couple.
Response time to queries were quick.
Host was very good.
What could be improved: It is a bit far off the city and the airport.
The bedroom does not have an aircon or a ceiling fan, and had to rely on the portable fan the host has provided. The aircon and ceiling fan is only available in living cum dining room.
Very good
The location
What could be improved: Very pricey
Comfortable and cozy unit ideal for a couple staying both for work and leasure
This unit is located in a quiet street of a residential area adjacent to the UWA campus. With a short walk I could easily reach the site of a conference I was attending during the week. My wife and I found the unit very comfortable, cozy and well equipped, with living/dining room, working desk, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
A small shopping centre & food court is in the immediate vicinity. Perth Purple CAT and other bus stops are on the main road.
What could be improved: The ventilation system of the bathroom turns on together with light and is a bit noisy. The fixed shower could be improved with a sliding shower.
Well appointed and equipped unit. Excellent location. Very comfortable. Highly recommended for singles or couples.
Very comfortable. Perfect with seperate lounge and kitchen area. Having a dedicated work / office desk was very useful. Well equiped kitchen.
Convenient with parking right outside the door. Walking distance to an IGA and restaurants, as well as the river.
Highly recommend this accommodation.
What could be improved: Nothing.

What could be improved: Bed was quite small
Some areas in bathroom and kitchen need more attention to cleaning

Overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!
Convenient, clean and had everything we needed.
What could be improved: The bed was a tap small and was quite noisey with some work going on above our room.
