Overview
First Impressions
The 3-Bedroom Villa sits right on Hastings Street in Scarborough, and honestly, when I first pulled up, I was impressed by how much space you actually get here. This four-star property feels more like a proper house than your typical hotel accommodation — which makes sense given the name. The private parking right on site is a godsend, especially since Perth’s beach areas can get pretty crowded during peak season. What really makes this place special is the attention to detail in every corner of the property.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what really struck me about this place? The location score of 9.3 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s genuinely well-positioned. Scarborough Beach is literally a few minutes’ walk away, and I mean the good part of the beach where locals actually hang out. The street itself has this relaxed residential vibe, but you’re still close enough to the main strip that you can grab coffee or dinner without needing to drive. I noticed quite a few couples staying here, which makes sense — it’s got that romantic, private feel without being completely isolated. The surrounding area offers excellent shopping opportunities and local cafes that serve authentic Australian cuisine.
The Villa Experience
Walking into the villa, the first thing that hits you is how much actual living space there is. Each room feels properly sized — not like those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture. The three bedrooms are spread out nicely, so if you’re traveling with friends or family, everyone gets their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped too, which I actually used quite a bit during my stay. There’s something nice about being able to make your own breakfast and not feel rushed to check out by a certain time. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and plenty of storage space for extended stays.
What Sets It Apart
The thing about this villa is that it strikes this perfect balance between hotel convenience and home comfort. You get housekeeping and all that, but you also have the freedom to spread out and live a bit. The furnishing is modern without being sterile — actually feels like someone’s well-appointed home rather than a corporate hotel room. The outdoor space is pretty decent too, perfect for those Perth evenings when the weather’s just right for sitting outside with a drink. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the warmer months, while heating keeps things cozy in winter.
Why Guests Love It
That 8.2 rating really reflects what you get here — solid, reliable, and genuinely comfortable without any major surprises. Couples seem to particularly love the privacy and space, which I totally get. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. The fact that recent guests rated the location so highly tells you everything — when you’re in Scarborough, you want to be close to the beach but not right in the thick of tourist chaos, and this villa nails that balance perfectly. The combination of space, comfort, and prime location makes this an ideal choice for discerning travelers.

Guest Reviews
Cozy home away from home
The villa was a perfect home away from home stay with our Labrador! The villa is super cozy, and is equipped with everything you need. Excellent location within walking distance to all the sights in Scarborough and grocery stores.
Superb
Exceptional
The location and facilities were great. The place had everything you could need. The place was clean and surprisingly very quiet. Would definitely recommend it.
What could be improved: The only disappointment was the TV. A lot of stations didn't work, including ABC at times. The signal of stations dropped in and out. Could not get the DVD box to work.
I couldn't get all of the gas cook tops to work.
Good location, but dirty
Location and very spacious
What could be improved: 1) The place was not clean:
Fresh blood in fridge and freezer dirty;
floors dirty with sand, hairs and food scraps.
2) back sliding door not lockable - Lock broken.
3) Outside door locks you out if a small button on inside of electronic door is accidentally pressed.
Good area but unit is old and needs some attention
What could be improved: Air conditioner was not good on hot days
We had issues with the tv and there were no instructions available.
Send a message to the listed number from booking .com and had zero response.
The Netflix had dropped out and needed to be reset with a password but nobody responded?
Exceptional
Good
The location was great, and although the property is a bit older, it is very well maintained and very clean.
Pleasant and convenient
Location. Presentation. Comfort. Cleanliness
What could be improved: Parking was a bit tight as garage not available
Great location and value for money
Location
What could be improved: Beds were a bit uncomfortable
Thankyou for the stay, it was a good home
The bed. And the shower.
What could be improved: We found bits of glass on the kitchen floor when we did some tidy up. It's not a problem. Just giving you the heads up.
