Overview
First Impressions
You know what struck me first about Bentley Motel? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — and honestly, that’s refreshing. Sitting right on Albany Highway in Cannington, this four-star property has that straightforward Australian charm that actually works in its favor. The moment you pull up, there’s something reassuring about the setup — clean lines, well-maintained grounds, and parking right at your door without any fuss. The entire property reflects a commitment to maintaining high standards while keeping things straightforward and unpretentious.
Location That Actually Makes Sense
Here’s the thing about the location — it’s genuinely smart. Albany Highway might sound busy (and it is), but you’re perfectly positioned between the city and the airport without being stuck in either place. I mean, couples consistently rate this spot 8.7 out of 10, and after staying here, I get why. You can reach Perth’s CBD in about 20 minutes, the airport’s even closer, and there’s actually decent shopping and dining within walking distance. Plus, that free parking situation? In Perth, that’s not something you take for granted. The strategic positioning makes it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
The Rooms
The accommodations at Bentley Motel are what I’d call thoughtfully practical. My room was larger than expected — not cramped like some motels can be — with everything you actually need rather than stuff that just looks good in photos. The bed was comfortable (I’m picky about this), air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was modern enough to feel fresh. What I appreciated most was the attention to details that matter when you’re traveling — good lighting for reading, enough power outlets, and blackout curtains that actually block light. Each room is designed with the guest experience in mind.
The Repeat Guest Factor
There’s something telling about a place when guests keep coming back, and Bentley Motel has more repeat visitors than most properties in the area. After my stay, I sort of understand the appeal — it’s reliable without being boring, comfortable without unnecessary frills. The staff clearly know what they’re doing, and there’s this efficient friendliness that makes check-in and check-out painless. It’s the kind of place business travelers bookmark and couples return to because it simply works well. This consistent performance builds genuine loyalty among guests.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Bentley Motel isn’t trying to be the fanciest place in Perth, but it nails what actually matters to travelers. The combination of that highly-rated location, hassle-free parking, and consistent quality creates this sweet spot where you feel like you’re getting genuine value. Whether you’re here for business, catching a flight, or exploring Perth with someone special, it’s one of those places that just makes sense — and in travel, that’s honestly worth a lot more than flashy amenities that don’t work properly. The upscale approach to service and comfort distinguishes this property in the competitive motel market.
Exploring Perth layers golden coastlines, eucalyptus-scented parklands, and waterfront precincts humming with live music until late.

Guest Reviews
Very good
The king size bed
What could be improved: We had parallel parking with a 4WD and other 4WD vehicles in the next room, was difficult to park but other rooms had better parking. Next time I would request the rooms with a more suitable parking bay
I
Well renovated, had everything. Location was convenient.ec
What could be improved: Refute though minor sewerage smell (reported this).
Office only open 8am to 6pm
Very good
I liked the big bed.
I also liked how I was able to cast from my phone to the tv.
What could be improved: I didn't like the crying child in the next room over, all hours of the day and night. Also the constant sirens on the main road.
Accessibility to the motel wasn't great either with access only one way on Albany Highway
Superb
Very clean, spacious and room serviced on second day.
What could be improved: I know it's a motel, but there is very little to do near the motel unless you have a car.
A night in Bentley
Everything was just great. Even plenty of tea and coffee . Bed was very comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure, adequate parking, good location to get to the city, or Carousel shops.
What could be improved: Erm! Nothing really.
Stayed for leisure. Shops 10 minute walk away.
Clean and tidy. Good size
What could be improved: Nothing
Great airport accommodation - comfortable and clean.
Staff were super lovely, helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay if you get a late flight into Perth.
What could be improved: Whilst I had a very positive experience, it was probably a bit over-priced still.
Very good
The bed was super comfy. We had coffee and tea in the morning.
What could be improved: We only had one towel for two people. We arrived late so we couldn’t ask for another one.
Very good
Staff very friendly rooms are always clean
Convenient, clean and good bed!
Close to airport
