I mean, when couples are rating the spot 9.6 out of 10, you know there’s something special going on here.
Location & Neighborhood
East Perth has really come into its own over the past few years, and this four-star property sits right in the sweet spot of it all. You’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to most places, but far enough away that you actually get some peace and quiet at night. The parking situation is fantastic too — free private spots, which anyone who’s tried to park in Perth will tell you is worth its weight in gold. What I love about this area is how it feels residential but still connected, you know? You’ve got the Swan River nearby, and those morning walks along the water are something else.
The Room Experience
The room itself strikes that perfect balance between modern comfort and homey warmth. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just picked from a catalog — the lighting is actually good (you can read without squinting), and the bed is one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed. The windows let in plenty of natural light, which makes the whole space feel bigger than it probably is. Storage is well thought out too, with enough space for a week’s worth of clothes without everything looking cluttered.

The pool appears to be a lap pool when it is a soaking pool . Now I know why those questions were not answered.

This property was in a fantastic position and very very secure. 5 minute walk from Blundstone Oval and very very close to shops and restaurants. Loved it.

Modernes, funktionales , bequemes und auch gemütliches Appartement in einer zentralen, angenehmen Wohngegend am Victoria
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Vom Flughafen aus mit der Airport line und der gelben Cat, die kostenlos ist, zügig zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man mit der gelben Cat in der Innenstadt. Das Umfeld ist ruhig und modern am Swan River gelegen. Das Restaurant Royal ist zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist modern, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen und auch zu kochen. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Royal Respite verbracht und würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.
What could be improved: Das Bad ist innen liegend und hat dementsprechend kein Fenster. Die Lüftung funktioniert aber gut.

Great location, good restaurants and parks around. Very quiet, well located to IGA, liquor stores, Optus, train, yellow cat etc
What could be improved: Bed needs a topper. Bathroom in serious need of an upgrade, toilet consistently ran and was very annoying. Taps need washers replaced. Water pressure very low. Pool is a short walk on the main street from this apartment. Overpriced for the condition of the property.
Comfortable apartment in excellent location.
Great location. Very comfortable, both bed and sofa were great.
What could be improved: The cups were quite small, and we would have liked a teapot. Also, a water jug to keep water in the fridge. The decor in the bathroom could do either freshening up - and the towel rail and toilet roll holder were loose. Detailed instructions about where and how to access the outside pool would have been nice.
Quiet, centrally located, very clean
So close to the city and with the free buses, easy to get around. The restaurants nearby also amazing.
What could be improved: If I had to say anything, it would be to have the free bus timetable in the apartment. We did not know about this until the 3rd day. Would have been very helpful
Top Lage gut für einen Perth Stadbesuch
Top Lage -ca. 20 minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum ( auch bei > 30 Grad gut zu schaffen ). Kleines Kaffee am Ort, Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2 Personen. Top Weinanbaugebiet nach ca 20 km

Great location
The apartment was as described, clean tidy, with all everything we needed. The local free bus outside the door made access to Perth easy, and it is a great location (walking distance) for access to Optus Stadium & Crown precinct. There were nice bars & coffee shops close by, and IGA just down the road.
What could be improved: Nothing that we were unhappy about.
