Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to 4 So Much More Family Apt 2br Parking on Hay Street, I’ll be honest — the name had me curious, and the reality didn’t disappoint. This four-star family apartment sits right in the heart of Perth CBD, and you know what struck me immediately? The fact that there’s actually dedicated parking right on site. Anyone who’s tried to find a decent parking spot in Perth’s city center will tell you that’s worth its weight in gold.
Location & Neighborhood
The Hay Street location is honestly pretty brilliant — you’re literally in the thick of everything Perth has to offer. I mean, you can walk to the shopping precincts, catch the free CAT buses that loop around the city, and honestly, most of the major attractions are within easy walking distance. What I really appreciated was how couples seem to gravitate toward this place (the feedback backs this up), and I can see why. There’s something about being right in the CBD but still having your own private space that just works for romantic getaways or even business trips where you want to feel settled.
The Space
The two-bedroom setup is actually more spacious than I expected — and trust me, I’ve stayed in plenty of cramped city apartments. Each room feels thoughtfully laid out, not like someone just crammed furniture into available space. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which matters when you’re staying for more than just a night or two. I found myself actually cooking breakfast instead of heading out every morning, partly because the setup made it easy, and partly because starting your day in your own space before diving into Perth’s energy felt right.
What Sets It Apart
Here’s what I didn’t expect — the attention to detail that makes this feel less like a generic rental and more like someone’s carefully curated home. The recent guests who rated the location at 8.5 weren’t exaggerating; you really do have Perth at your doorstep. But it’s not just about being central — it’s about having that private parking spot (seriously, this cannot be overstated), and the way the apartment manages to feel both urban and homey. The spa facilities add a nice touch when you want to unwind after exploring the city or attending business meetings.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s that sweet spot where you get the independence of your own place with the perks of being in prime Perth real estate. Couples especially seem to appreciate the privacy and the fact that you can actually spread out — have your morning coffee without rushing, plan your day without feeling like you’re in someone else’s space. The combination of location, parking, and genuine comfort creates this experience where Perth becomes your temporary neighborhood rather than just a place you’re visiting. That’s honestly what travel should feel like.

What could be improved: Good location and peacefully
Superb
Overall, we love this apart. And would like to return there again.
Facilities were quite complete. Easy to cook and do laundry.
What could be improved: Maybe you need to change the wok and pan since they're the non-stick one and have scratches already.
Very good
Great location and accommodation for a couple nights visiting the city.
easy clear instructions for key collection. Easy access in and out of building.
What could be improved: Pillows were to soft.
Good location and easy access to public transport
Good location and good instructions for collecting keys and checkout etc.
What could be improved: Apartment definitely could have been a bit cleaner
enjoyed the whole stay thank you.
What could be improved: all good
Enjoyed our family stay. Very comfortable. Location was very central.
Very central to food & coffee choices. Short walk to main shopping district. Family friendly.
What could be improved: Minimal cooking utensils. (ie; no spatula, etc). Limited the use of the kitchen for a family to cook for.
The hot water service was small & for a family of 4, even having very short showers, hot water ran out quickly.
Very good
Great location and comfortable stay
What could be improved: Shower was broken but was fixed very quickly. Heater in main bedroom was not heating up the room
Perfect Location to be able to attend sporting championships in Perth. Will stay again.
Great renovated apartment that looks lovely and homely. Great location close to city but far enough away to get in and out easy driving. Apartment was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. Nice and clean with toiletries supplied. Great to have parking underneath and so easy and accessible.
What could be improved: Could not find fault with the unit at all. Spa area in the pool did not work but this is part of the common property amenities and no detriment to the apartment.
Central location clean and well equiped
