Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Quest Innaloo? It’s actually got this understated confidence that you don’t always find in Perth’s hotel scene. I mean, when you first pull up to Sunray Drive, it looks pretty standard from the outside – modern, clean lines, nothing flashy – but there’s something about the way they’ve designed the entrance that makes you feel like you’re walking into someone’s really well-appointed home rather than just another business hotel.
The location is honestly perfect if you know Perth at all. You’re in Innaloo, which locals will tell you is one of those suburbs that’s quietly become really liveable – close enough to the city that you’re not stuck in traffic for ages, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with all the weekend chaos around the CBD. There’s decent parking (and trust me, in Perth that matters), and you’re literally a few minutes from Karrinyup Shopping Centre if you need anything. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions – they actually seemed to know the area well enough to give proper directions to places.
What really sold me on this place was the attention to those little details that make a difference when you’re actually living there for a few days. The rooms have this comfortable, uncluttered feel – nothing too fancy, but everything works properly and there’s enough space to actually unpack if you want to. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and honestly, the soundproofing is better than I expected. You get the occasional bit of traffic noise from the main road, but it’s not the kind of thing that keeps you awake. The bathrooms are well-designed too – good water pressure, decent lighting for getting ready, and they’ve got that nice balance between modern fixtures and practical storage space. I stayed during a busy period in March, and even then the common areas never felt crowded or chaotic. The breakfast setup was solid without being pretentious, and the coffee was actually drinkable, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. What I really appreciated was that it felt like a proper local operation – not some generic chain experience where you could be anywhere in the world. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but it delivers on what it promises really well.

Guest Reviews
Amazing as always
I love everything about this accommodation- the staff, the rooms, the location. Will always try and stay here when travelling to Perth.
What could be improved: Nothing really, other than high school aged children roaming and running the halls and lifts at 11pm at night- they were there for cricket or something. But were very loud.
Good stay
Located close to hospital
What could be improved: Couldn’t book in direct after surgery, had to go to another motel in city.
Very good location and accessible facilities excellent.
Brilliant accessible bathroom, large rooms; like having balcony to open the door for fresh air.
What could be improved: would be great to have a park space at entry to unload and get keys before parking elsewhere.
Exceptional
Very comfortable hotel, near to shops, specifically Ikea. The room was large and very clean.
What could be improved: N/A.
Good
Good location with easy access to plenty of food venues closeby
What could be improved: Internet was inadequate
Superb
The rooms were really spacious and it is located very near to many shops.
What could be improved: That it doesn't have a bidet.

All of the staff from front of house through cleaning were fantastic. They were all warm and helpful.
What could be improved: Only thing is a bit more equipment in the gym
Easy access to room from their parking. Felt so safe and so quiet from outside world
Location and convenience of purpose of stay
What could be improved: Not enough milk for more coffee 😉
Perfect
Loved the smell as you walked in. Food available close.
What could be improved: Parking was very tight squeeze
Excellent facility for convenience and disabled access.
So convenient and one of very few locations with proper disabled access rooms.
What could be improved: Always tricky arriving having to pay and park while checking in.
Disabled access shower - handy to have anti slip mat.
