Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Parkline Apartments Perth on Hubert Street, you immediately get the sense this is one of those places that just gets it right. It’s not flashy or trying too hard — just a solid four-star property that feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need. The building has this clean, modern look without being sterile, and honestly, the fact that there’s parking right on site already puts it ahead of half the places in Perth.
Location That Actually Works
Here’s the thing about the location — it’s one of those spots where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough away that you’re not dealing with constant noise and chaos. I mean, couples are rating this place 8.2 for location, and that’s not just random numbers. You’re in a neighborhood where you can actually walk to decent cafes and shops, but you’re not paying city center prices for everything. The recent guest rating of 8.5 for location tells you something real — people who’ve actually stayed here and explored the area think it works.
The Apartment Experience
What I really appreciate about staying here is that you get a proper apartment setup, not just a hotel room with a mini-fridge. The spaces feel like someone could actually live in them for more than a few days. You’ve got a real kitchen where you can make coffee that doesn’t taste like it came from a packet, and enough space to spread out your stuff without everything ending up on the bed. The furnishings are modern but comfortable — you know, the kind where you can actually work at the desk without your back killing you.
Practical Perks
Let’s talk about what actually makes a difference when you’re traveling. That free private parking I mentioned? It’s a game-changer in Perth, where finding a decent parking spot can turn into a whole adventure you didn’t sign up for. The apartments are set up so you can do laundry without hunting down a laundromat, and there’s proper storage space so you’re not living out of a suitcase the entire time. These might sound like small things, but when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two, they add up to actually feeling settled.
Why Guests Love It
The 7.5 overall rating reflects exactly what this place is — reliable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed without any major surprises (good or bad). It’s the kind of place where couples can have a proper getaway without feeling like they’re camping in someone’s spare bedroom, but families won’t feel out of place either. You’re getting apartment-style living with hotel-level service, and honestly, that combination works really well for Perth. The staff seems to understand that people staying in apartments want a bit more independence, so they’re helpful when you need them but not hovering around constantly.

Guest Reviews
I’ll see you for my third stay in a few months Vasu :)
Everything. The apartment was huge, everything worked well, loved that there was olive oil/salt/pepper/sauces/paper towel/ample cookware & cutlery etc. So handy have a washing machine, clothes air rack to hang your washing, even a washing line outside to use. Secure car parking - the works. But the best part about my (now second stay) was Vasu the host, he’s a beautiful man and always happy to help assist with anything. 10/10 host!!
Very good
Excellent communication and accurate information
Very convivial host
What could be improved: Individual Toiletries would have been good as they are handy for short stays and a hand towel
Very good
Nice facilities, very clean and comfortable
Nice quiet location, easy walking distance to shops, Park etc
Room was fine but felt like it was still being renovated and not quite completed
Superb
Home away from home.
Close to shops yet residential area.
Buses to town.
Secure parking.
What could be improved: Kitchen utensils scarce.
We would definitely stay there again.
Location was very central to what we needed. Close to shops and restaurants. The overall experience was great with plenty of room to put our shopping etc. Security was fantastic with coded gates and remote controlled driveway gates.
What could be improved: Shower drain was clogged and oven wasn't cleaned since last visitors.

The apartment is well situated to get around Perth and was a comfortable, homey place to stay
Host met me at the apartments
Host showed me around the apartment and told me about the local area
Host came back and fixed the cook top when needed
What could be improved: The hot water was really hard to regulate in the shower - it was either boiling hot or cold ..... luckily it took a minute or so to change from one to the other!
Enjoyed my stay, host was easy to deal with, made sure I had everything.
Location was near food outlets and supermarket.
It was near town, convenient to go to city, walking distance to all aminities.
Very clean, comfy rooms. both rooms have wardrobes and air condition.
What could be improved: No locks on any rooms including bedrooms, bathroom or toilet.
