Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Novotel Perth Langley, you immediately get that feeling of being in the right place — it’s polished without being stuffy, and the staff actually seem happy to see you. The lobby has this contemporary Australian vibe that feels fresh, and honestly, after a long flight into Perth, that welcoming atmosphere hits just right. You can tell this four-star property takes itself seriously but doesn’t get caught up in unnecessary formality.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about Adelaide Terrace — you’re literally in the heart of Perth CBD, but it doesn’t feel chaotic like some city center hotels can. I mean, you’ve got the Swan River practically at your doorstep, and Elizabeth Quay is an easy stroll away. What I really appreciate is how walkable everything is from here — you can hit up the shopping on Murray Street, grab dinner in Northbridge, or just wander down to the riverfront when you need some air. The couples who stay here clearly get it (they rate the location 8.6), and I can see why — there’s something romantic about being able to walk along the river at sunset after exploring the city all day.
The Room Experience
The rooms at Novotel Perth Langley strike that perfect balance between modern comfort and actually being functional for travelers. You know what I love? The windows are big enough that you get proper natural light, and if you’re lucky enough to snag a river-facing room, well — that view of the Swan River is pretty special, especially in the evening. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel marketing speak), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase without feeling cramped. The bathrooms are clean and well-designed, though nothing too fancy — just solid, reliable comfort.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast here is actually impressive — they’ve got this extensive buffet setup that covers pretty much every dietary need you can think of. Continental, full English, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, American style — honestly, it’s one of those spreads where everyone in your group will find something they’re excited about. The quality is consistently good too, which isn’t always a given with hotel buffets. I particularly appreciate that they take dietary restrictions seriously rather than just offering token options.
Why Guests Love It
There’s a reason this place has more repeat guests than most other properties — it just works. The location score of 8.5 tells the story, but it’s really about the whole package. You’ve got private parking (which is gold in Perth CBD), you’re walking distance from everything that matters, and the service feels genuinely Australian-friendly rather than corporate-polite. It’s the kind of place where you can base yourself for a proper Perth exploration without any of the usual city hotel headaches. Whether you’re here for business or exploring Western Australia, Novotel Perth Langley gives you that reliable foundation that lets you focus on why you came to Perth in the first place.
Hotels in Perth line sun-drenched esplanades, heritage laneways, and harbour precincts buzzing with craft breweries.

Guest Reviews
Very good
Super-comfy Bed, and hot shower.
What could be improved: Couldn't get the A/C to heat, so room was a bit cold.
We had a lovely time in this hotel. The location was great for all the things we needed and there was plenty of food opt
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
What could be improved: The room was very hot and the cooling doesn’t cool the room quickly.
Was okay, I have stayed at better places for cheaper
Clean, tidy rooms
What could be improved: No shampoo in the container, no glasses or water
Good but not great
I upgraded my room to a superior suite and the difference was incredible
What could be improved: Although it was advertised to be 24 hours room service, the 2 times I tried to use the QR code late at night, it wouldn't work, also 3 of my meals were barely warm when they arrived. The rooms are dated and need to be refreshed. The cleaners most days only did the bare minimum and only after 6 days refreshed my bathroom kits
Good
What could be improved: An outsider was able to get onto my floor and open my door. Luckily I was in the room at the time. I dread to think what would have been stolen if I was not there
Would book again
Location
What could be improved: Not a lot worked. Tv didn’t work. It’s old and needs updating
Nice place to stay. Transport with in 2 min walk
Near by beach and city
What could be improved: Little bit high price
Wish we could have stayed longer.
Great size room with river view, corner bath and coffee pod machine. Awesome buffet breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful
What could be improved: Musky smell in passage way to room and in our room.
Quiet comfy, and spacious. Lovely hotel staff
Staff were great and friendly, bed was comfy room was large, breakfast selection was pretty good!
What could be improved: Shower pressure was a bit below average but other than that it was good!
Relaxing stay
Comfortable bed, clear and Sunny room, wide screen TV, very good breakfast, helpful concierge, gymnasium with awesome view over Swan river
What could be improved: Hotel phone didn’t work in the room
Not all the rooms have a mini bar
Sometimes 1 out of the 3 elevators is out of order
