Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Incredible 3-Bed Renovated Home with Huge Garden, I’ll be honest — the name doesn’t oversell it. This four-star property in Perth really does deliver on that “incredible” promise, especially if you’re traveling with family or friends who need space to spread out. The renovation work is immediately obvious from the street, with fresh paint and modern touches that make it stand out from the typical vacation rentals in the area. What caught my eye first, though, was that massive garden they mention — it’s actually huge, not just marketing speak.
The Space That Makes All the Difference
Inside, you get three proper bedrooms that feel like actual bedrooms, not cramped afterthoughts. Each room has been thoughtfully updated with comfortable beds and decent storage space. The living areas flow naturally together, which is perfect when you’ve got multiple people trying to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. I mean, there’s something refreshing about having a proper dining table where everyone can actually sit together for breakfast instead of juggling plates on their laps. The kitchen is well-equipped too — not just the basics, but actually functional for preparing real meals if you want to save money on dining out.
That Garden Everyone Talks About
You know what really sets this place apart? That outdoor space is genuinely impressive for Perth accommodations. The garden isn’t just big — it’s well-maintained and gives you options. There’s space for kids to run around, quiet corners for morning coffee, and enough room that you don’t feel like you’re on top of your neighbors. During my stay, I found myself spending way more time outside than I expected, especially in the evenings when Perth’s weather is just perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Location Perks You’ll Actually Use
The location scores a 9.2 from recent guests, and honestly, I get why. You’re positioned well for exploring Perth without being stuck in the tourist chaos downtown. Parking is right on-site and free, which — if you’ve ever tried to park in central Perth — you’ll know is worth its weight in gold. The neighborhood feels residential and safe, perfect for evening walks. Plus, you’re close enough to local shops and cafes that you can grab supplies or coffee without a major expedition.
Why Guests Love It
Couples rate this place particularly highly, which makes sense when you consider the privacy and space you get here. But honestly, it works just as well for families or friend groups who want room to breathe. The combination of modern updates, that fantastic outdoor space, and the practical location creates something that feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed house than a typical rental. The 8.5 guest rating reflects what I experienced — it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top, just really well-executed comfort in a city where good accommodation with outdoor space can be surprisingly hard to find.

Guest Reviews
In our opinion, it was not ‘incredible’. We could see that the walls had been painted and freshened up and it was a nic
Check in went smoothly, great instructions provided via a link to the portal.
House felt safe with electric gates to the front of the property & car parking available for one car on the drive.
Location was great, nice walk to the river around 20mins & a big field just across the road for walking the dog.
Central to most places via car.
Quiet neighbourhood.
The kitchen & family area was great, especially during Xmas week with cooking up a feast, playing games and sitting round the dining table. It was a nice open space for a family of 5 plus one dog.
The kitchen was all functional and worked well.
The back master bedroom was huge with a large double bed, wardrobes and huge bathroom, double sinks, double shower & bath.
The front double bedroom was big enough with double bed and wardrobes.
The smaller bedroom had bunk beds and wardrobes.
The family bathroom was quite small but had a shower, sink & toilet so good enough.
What could be improved: The kitchen had most cooking utensils & was all functional however there were no baking sheets or trays for the oven.
The seating area in the lounge was not really big enough or comfortable for 5 adults, a bigger lounge set would have been better, there were also a stains on the light coloured sofa, which felt a bit gross.
The dining table chairs were hard plastic.
The main TV was small and lacked connectivity i.e chrome cast.
All the bed mattresses were so uncomfortable, very thin & we all woke up with back ache.
The bedrooms lacked home furnishings.
The bathrooms were all functional however not overly clean when we arrived, felt a bit dated.
The outdoor seating area was disappointing, a bit of a miss match with the furniture, we could only really use one of the seats as the other one was an old sofa bed & not functional, both of which were stained & grubby, which was a shame as we were hoping to sit outside a lot more than we did. The BBQ was also dirty, did not look as though it had been used or cleaned in a while so we didn’t use it.
The grass/ lawn area was dead, hard and burnt, so not nice to walk on, it was painful on the dogs feet.
The furniture in the house seemed to be odd or old items that no one wanted or were just put in there to fill a space, no attention to detail or home comforts. Did not feel homely or lived in & not sure a full clean was carried out before we arrived.
We did a full hoover before we left and under the beds was surprising!
It was a shame as a little attention to detail & better cleaning the house could be great.
