Here’s the thing though – Murray Street can get a bit lively, especially on weekends, so if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe request a room facing away from the street. The breakfast situation is decent, nothing revolutionary but solid coffee and enough variety to fuel your day. Parking’s available but it’ll cost you extra, which is pretty standard for CBD hotels. What I really liked was how the whole place feels… authentic, I guess? It’s not trying to be something it’s not, and the 7.9 rating makes perfect sense – it’s genuinely good at what it sets out to do.
