The parking situation is brilliant too — you’ve got your own private spot right there, which anyone who’s driven around Perth will tell you is worth its weight in gold.

All four bedrooms are properly set up with quality linens, and honestly, the air conditioning throughout the house was a lifesaver during my February visit — Perth summers are no joke. The living areas feel lived-in but polished, you know what I mean? There’s enough space that even with a full group, people aren’t stepping on each other’s toes. The kitchen is actually functional too, not one of those token setups where you can barely make toast.

Getting into the city center or out to the beaches is straightforward from here, and you’ve got multiple route options depending on traffic.

Owner was very good. He approached us before stay and was very accommodating as we got to place later than planned.

This house is superb - excellent facilities and is good value for money accommodation in Perth.
At the outset , we had a fantastic 11-night stay at 41 Augustus Way.
The house was very clean and extremely tidy when we arrived.
The house is a spacious 4-bedroom house and has two separate living areas which is excellent with children. The house was well provisioned with toiletries, cleaning products, paper towels etc. There were plenty of towels, bed linen, bedding blankets etc.
The main living room has a large screen TV and a high quality sound system, which is great.
There is a totally adequate outdoor area for children to play outside. And our grandsons had many hours of fun playing the pole tennis set, playing with a soccer ball and playing darts.
The house is very secure with a high quality code key pad lock/unlock system.
The house location is excellent. We found that most of the sights and entertainment venues we wanted to visit were within a driving time of 18-22 minutes, Also driving time to and from Perth Airport was only 20-24 minutes.
What could be improved: We are used to cooking many evening dinner meals in a conventional oven . Even though there is a combined microwave / mini-oven , we did miss the conventional oven. However, this would not deter us from renting this house if we visited Perth again.
And a suggestion for pushing my rating to “outstanding-11 out of 10” , would be installing 2-3 bedside lights , as reading in-bed can be a strain just using light from conventional ceiling mounted lighting . And bedside lights would eliminate the task of getting out of bed to turn the main bedroom lights off. I think this aspect is more likely to be of benefit to visitors who are staying more than 3-4 nights.

This is a very comfortable house with everything we need for the days. It's only like 20 minutes drive from the city center and it's very convenient. Spacy living room and kitchen.
