Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Cozy Corner M106 Studio Apartment near Kings Park, you immediately get the sense that this isn’t your typical hotel experience — and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special. This four-star property sits quietly on Malcolm Street in West Perth, and I mean that in the best possible way. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a thoughtfully designed home than a sterile hotel room.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what really struck me about this place? The location score of 9.0 isn’t just marketing fluff — Perth locals actually know this area well, and West Perth has this perfect balance of being close to everything without the chaos of the city center. Kings Park is literally around the corner, which means you can have your morning coffee and be walking through one of the world’s largest inner-city parks within minutes. The fact that couples rate this spot so highly makes complete sense when you’re watching the sunset over the Swan River from the park, then strolling back to your own private space.
The Studio Setup
The studio layout actually works better than I expected — and I’ve stayed in plenty of cramped spaces that promised more than they delivered. The apartment feels thoughtfully designed rather than just efficiently packed, if that makes sense. You’ve got everything you need in one well-organized space, including a proper kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation). I appreciated having the option to grab groceries from the nearby shops and make breakfast at my own pace instead of rushing to a hotel restaurant.
Practical Perks
Here’s something that might seem small but made a real difference — the private parking on site. If you’ve ever circled Perth’s streets looking for a spot, you’ll understand why this matters. It’s one of those details that removes a layer of travel stress you don’t realize you’re carrying until it’s gone. The whole setup feels designed by someone who actually travels and knows what’s genuinely helpful versus what just sounds good in a description.
Why Guests Love It
After spending time here, I get why this place consistently scores well with visitors. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with unnecessary amenities — instead, it delivers on the basics exceptionally well while giving you that rare sense of having your own space in the city. The combination of being in Perth’s top-rated area while maintaining that cozy, residential feel is harder to find than you’d think. Whether you’re planning romantic walks through Kings Park or just want a comfortable base for exploring Perth, this studio hits that sweet spot between independence and convenience that makes a trip memorable for the right reasons.

Guest Reviews
We really enjoyed our stay thankyou.
Very good
Great location - close to walk to both the city and Kings Park. Kitchen facilities would be amazing if you were hoping to cook during your stay!
Overall it was a lovely and comfortable apartment and I would be happy to stay again.
It was very cute looking and neat and close by to inner city shopping hubs
What could be improved: There was no elevator so I had to struggle to get my luggage up and down the stairs.
Very good
