Well, Canning Highway does get a bit busy during rush hour, but honestly, it’s background hum more than anything disruptive.

What really won me over was how the place actually lives up to that “trendy” part of its name without being all style-over-substance. The kitchen is properly equipped (I mean, you can actually cook a real meal here), the bedrooms are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re playing Tetris with your luggage, and there’s this relaxed, lived-in vibe that makes you feel at home immediately. The owners clearly put thought into the details – good water pressure in the shower, decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and enough power outlets that you’re not constantly hunting for places to charge your devices. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven around Perth will tell you is not something to take for granted. The whole setup just works, you know? It’s the kind of place where you can spread out, whether you’re traveling with family or friends, without everyone getting on each other’s nerves. And honestly, with a 9.1 rating, I wasn’t the only one who felt that way – though I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical of that number at first. But after staying there, I get it.
