Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Adina Apartment Hotel Perth, you immediately get that “oh, this is different” feeling — and I mean that in the best way. The building itself has this sleek, modern vibe that somehow doesn’t feel cold or corporate. It’s positioned right on Mounts Bay Road, which honestly puts you in the absolute sweet spot of Perth’s CBD. You know what struck me most? The lobby has this relaxed apartment-living feel rather than that typical hotel formality, which makes sense once you realize this four-and-a-half-star property is all about apartment-style accommodations.
Location & Getting Around
I’ve got to be honest — the location here is pretty much unbeatable. You’re literally in the heart of everything, with Kings Park just a short walk away (and trust me, that’s Perth’s crown jewel). The Swan River is right there too, which means those morning jogs or evening strolls are sorted. What I really appreciated was having my own parking spot on-site — if you’ve ever tried to find parking in Perth CBD, you’ll know this is actually a game-changer. The fact that couples rate this location 9.1 out of 10 doesn’t surprise me at all; there’s something romantic about being able to walk to great restaurants and then come home to your own little apartment retreat.
The Apartment Experience
Here’s where Adina Apartment Hotel Perth really shines — these aren’t just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in. I’m talking proper apartments with full kitchens, separate living areas, and enough space to actually live rather than just sleep. The kitchen setup is surprisingly well-equipped (I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal here), and there’s a washing machine and dryer in each unit. It’s that kind of setup where you find yourself thinking, “I could actually live here for a month and be completely comfortable.” The furnishings strike that perfect balance between contemporary and homey — nothing too flashy, but everything you need is there and works well.
Amenities That Actually Matter
What sets this place apart isn’t flashy extras, but rather the thoughtful details that make extended stays work. There’s a decent gym on-site, and the rooftop terrace offers some pretty solid city views — perfect for that evening wine after a long day exploring Perth. The front desk staff seem to genuinely know their stuff about the local area, which is refreshing. I noticed they have quite a few repeat guests, and after staying here, that makes complete sense. When you find a place that gives you independence but with hotel-level service backup, you tend to come back.
Why Guests Love It
The thing about Adina Apartment Hotel Perth is that it solves that classic travel dilemma — you get the space and freedom of an apartment with the reliability and service of a proper hotel. Whether you’re here for business (the CBD location is perfect for meetings) or leisure (Kings Park and the river are right there), you’re not compromising on anything. The repeat guest situation tells you everything you need to know — people discover this place and keep coming back because it just works. It’s that rare find where the location, the space, and the overall experience align perfectly without any major trade-offs.

Very comfortable
Able to sleep at night thankfully they had double glazed window in the bedroom
What could be improved: No foxtel on tv so unable to watch the sport
Good

What could be improved: Gym
Superb
Woke up next to the convention centre.
What could be improved: Lacking breakfast options
over priced and nothing was open ...false ad.
brilliant location very comfortable bed view of the busy street below the 2nd member of staff was incredibly helpful, she arrived and took over from the very slack younger unhelpful guy to begn my stay. she however went out of her way to assist me when i could not access necessary information on my phone.
What could be improved: full of screaming teenagers there on a tournament, yelling at each other in passage ways, and lift. greeting very poor. very wet asked where to get a coffee and the desk clerk advised have t walk in rain to anything. most all shut as it was sunday. never advised to use menu log or door dash, however when i did menu log provided huge meal choices and delivered. desk guy useless
Very convenient stay in a roomy apartment directly across from the Convention Centre
As I was attending a conference, the location (literally across the road from the Convention centre) was fantastic
Also a big shout-out to the soundproofing in the room. When the door and windows were closed, I could not hear ANY traffic noise - very impressive
What could be improved: More pots and pans, decor quite tired and shabby in places. The room key was quite 'glitchy' in the elevator.
Wonderful place to stay. Nice and close to the venue. Large spacious apartment, fantastic.
The apartment was nice and spacious and had all the amenities of home.
What could be improved: Nothing
Great location and the layout of the 1 bedroom apartment was excellent.
Location, staff at reception
What could be improved: Using the card on the lift was a challenge
Very good
It was right next to the convention centre and we were attending Supanova. So that was perfect.
What could be improved: Unfortunately I couldn't get a room overlooking the convention centre, which kinda sucked cause I love to watch all the cosplayers arriving.
Worked for what I needed it for - overnight close to conference
Location
What could be improved: Bed was very firm and uncomfortable
Only one bedside lamp
Bath stained
Excellent be happy to stay again
place is a great location will stay again
What could be improved: There was nothing that comes to mind, the hotel is a perfect location to everything down town .
