Overview

First Impressions

When I first spotted 708 Enchanting Urbanoasis 1brbalconycbd on Victoria Avenue, I’ll be honest — the name made me curious, but the location immediately sold me. You’re literally in the thick of Perth‘s CBD, which means everything you want to see or do is pretty much at your doorstep. The building itself has that modern Australian apartment vibe, and honestly, it feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel — which is exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city like Perth.

The Space

This four-star property delivers exactly what it promises — a proper one-bedroom setup with a balcony that actually makes you want to sit outside with your morning coffee. The apartment feels spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your luggage, and there’s a proper kitchen if you want to grab groceries from the nearby markets instead of eating out every meal. I mean, Perth has amazing food, but sometimes you just want to make your own breakfast, you know? The room itself is comfortable and well-appointed, with everything you’d expect from a quality stay.

Location Perks

Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to pretty much everything that matters in Perth’s city center. The Swan River is just a short stroll away, and if you’re into the coffee scene (which, let’s face it, is serious business in Australia), you’ve got some fantastic cafés within walking distance. King Street and the Murray Street Mall are right there when you need to do some shopping or just people-watch. Plus, there’s parking available, which honestly is a godsend in the CBD — most places either don’t have it or charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Practical Considerations

The balcony is probably my favorite feature — it’s not huge, but it’s perfect for that evening wind-down after a day of exploring. You get a decent view of the city buzz below, and there’s something satisfying about watching Perth come alive in the morning from your own little perch. The whole setup works particularly well if you’re traveling as a couple — there’s enough space to spread out but it still feels intimate and cozy. The building is well-maintained, and you get that sense of security you want when you’re staying somewhere new.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it combines the independence of having your own space with the prime location that makes Perth so accessible. You’re not stuck in some hotel bubble — you’re actually living in the city for however long you’re staying. The fact that couples consistently rate this place highly tells you something about the atmosphere and setup. It’s got that sweet spot of being central enough that you can explore on foot, but quiet enough that you can actually relax when you want to. For the price point and location, it’s honestly hard to beat in Perth’s competitive accommodation scene.
