Overview
First Impressions
Walking into 504 – Perth Cbd Huge 1br 1ba Beauty, you immediately understand why this four-star apartment has such stellar reviews. The name might sound a bit quirky, but honestly — it delivers exactly what it promises. Located on Victoria Avenue in the absolute heart of Perth CBD, this place feels like you’ve scored the perfect city pad without the hefty price tag that usually comes with such prime real estate.
Location That Actually Matters
You know what’s refreshing? A hotel that’s genuinely in the thick of things without being on some random side street they claim is “central.” This apartment sits right where you want to be — I mean, couples rate the location 9.5 out of 10, and that’s not just marketing fluff. You can walk to Murray Street Mall in about three minutes, hit up the bars on King Street without needing an Uber, and actually explore Perth’s laneways and coffee scene on foot. The Swan River is just a short stroll away too, which makes for nice evening walks when you need a break from the city buzz.
The Space Itself
The “huge” part of the name isn’t an exaggeration — this one-bedroom setup actually gives you room to breathe. The room layout feels thoughtful rather than cramped, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the entire time. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), so you can actually cook if you want to save some money or just prefer eating in. The bathroom is modern and clean, though nothing particularly fancy — it just works well, which is honestly all you need.
Practical Perks
What I really appreciate about staying here is how it handles the little things that can make or break a city stay. The building feels secure, and you’re not dealing with the chaos of a massive hotel lobby when you just want to get to your room after a long day exploring. Parking in Perth CBD can be a nightmare, but they’ve sorted that out for you. The apartment comes with everything you’d expect — decent Wi-Fi, air conditioning that actually works, and proper blackout options for sleeping in (because let’s be honest, sometimes you need that on vacation).
Why Guests Love It
This place hits that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort. You get the independence of having your own space — complete with a proper kitchen and living area — but without sacrificing the prime location that makes Perth worth visiting. The 8.5 rating reflects what you’d expect: solid, reliable, and well-positioned. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals while putting you right where the action is. For the price point and location, it’s honestly hard to find fault with what 504 – Perth Cbd Huge 1br 1ba Beauty offers.
Early hotels booking in Perth secures private vineyard lunches in Swan Valley, whale-watching charters, and guided Aboriginal heritage walks.

Guest Reviews
Superb
Nice spacious, central
What could be improved: Noisy neighborhood, parking an issue. Great if you don't have a car.
Perfect for us, location & facilities were exactly what we wanted.
Location & facilities. Price was also good
What could be improved: Some of the check out procedures were a little oppressive but it didn't affect the stay overall
A beautiful little home, owners were great with communication. In a perfect spot to everything would definitely come bac
It was like a home away from home
Very good
Property was clean modern, close to centre of Perth Centre.
What could be improved: Washing machine did not dry or operate on dry cycle, which was one of the reasons we booked, to be able yo wash clothes while travelling. At the price you pay you expect to have everything working.
Everything was beautiful ! Clean . Location was amazing. Found it all extremely easy to access
Everything !!
What could be improved: Tv in main living area needs looking at , it worked ok originally then half way into the first night it kept freezing and then stopped working about half way through. Couldn’t get it to work again .
Perfect
The location was great. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
What could be improved: It was very clean but quite a lot of dust under the sofa and the bed. The water pressure was very low in the shower. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Good location
Well it was in good location
What could be improved: 1. The tea bags were old and just two - no varieties
2. The sliding doors were not on rails so it can be hazardous as it swings freely
3. A paper towel or tissue would be great for guests
4. Keep a comfortable chair near the working desk in the bedroom please
