The moment I stepped inside, I could feel the attention to detail that went into creating this space.

You’re positioned right where the city energy meets the tranquil riverfront, which gives you this perfect balance. Walking along Woodhouse Road, you’ll find yourself just minutes from Perth’s main attractions, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant city noise. The river access is what really sets this spot apart though — there’s something about waking up to water views that just hits differently. What could be improved: A few items need fixing, the fridge is too small.
The ironing board in the kitchen is useless.
There are loose power points in the kitchen.
The bathroom taps need a service and the bathroom needs a fan.
We would rather deal with an owner not a third party.

Clean, lovely gardens, kitchenette was adequate. Lovely walking track to river.
What could be improved: No black tea or mozzie coils and matches for them . There were mosquitoes. Can’t sit on the toilet seat straight otherwise your knees hit the cupboard. No matching pairs of glasses.
Overall, a very poor experience that did not offer value for money – I would not recommend
The main point which I like this place is its location. It's tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from comfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing both my partner and me to wake up with back pain after the first night. It was so bad that we ended up sleeping on the couch on the second night just to get some rest. This had a significant impact on the overall quality of our stay.
To make matters worse, our check-in experience was equally frustrating. We arrived at the property around 11:30 PM after a late-night flight, expecting a straightforward self-check-in based on the instructions provided. The directions mentioned using a code to retrieve the key from a lockbox but the area was in complete darkness with no outdoor lighting at all.
Using our phone flashlights, we searched the property but couldn't locate the lockbox. I eventually found one on the opposite side of the property, but the access code given didn’t work. After calling the listed contact number twice, I was directed to a different address about 3 km away to retrieve the key. Once there, I entered the new code but the lockbox was empty.
I called again and was finally told to return to the original property. After another round of searching, we eventually found the correct lockbox hidden behind bushes on the wall unmarked and extremely difficult to find in the dark. By the time we gained access to the unit, it was close to 1 AM.
This stressful ordeal could have been easily avoided with clearer instructions and basic lighting for late-night arrivals. I recommended to the hosts that they provide specific guidance on the lockbox location and install at least one exterior light.
Overall, this stay was disappointing and did not offer value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience.

The landlord promptly dispatched personnel to address and resolve the issue of the heating not functioning on the first day, demonstrating exceptional service attitude.
What could be improved: The door of the toilet makes noise at night when sleeping, possibly due to strong winds outside or other reasons. It is recommended to have it repaired.

Die Lage direkt am Swan River ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und wohnt trotzdem ruhig. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
What could be improved: Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Geräte in der Küche. Im Bad fanden sich Haare in Dusche und überall von Vorbewohnern. Elektrogeräte alt und schmierig. Trockner funktioniert nicht richtig. Fön ist defekt. Die Weitwinkel Aufnahmen täuschen ein größeres Appartement vor. Die Größe in qm ist sicher bewusst nicht angegeben. Die Einschaltung der Agentur verkompliziert die Anmeldung.
