Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Tranquil Tree Views 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a standard residential building on Third Avenue. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you. This four-star apartment sits quietly in a leafy part of Perth, and those tree views they mention in the name — they’re actually legit. I mean, you’re looking out at proper greenery, not just a sad little shrub in a courtyard.
Location That Actually Works
Third Avenue turned out to be one of those streets where you get the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to the action that getting into the city center doesn’t feel like a major expedition, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. I noticed couples seem to really get this location — apparently they rate it 9.0, which makes sense because it’s got that residential vibe that feels more like staying in a neighborhood than a tourist zone. The parking situation is actually sorted too, which anyone who’s driven around Perth will tell you is no small thing.
The Space Itself
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms — it sounds straightforward on paper, but the layout actually works really well. The main room flows nicely into the living area, and having that second bathroom means you’re not queuing up in the morning (trust me, this matters more than you think). The kitchen is properly equipped, not just the usual hotel kettle and mini-fridge situation. I found myself actually cooking a few meals instead of eating out every night, which was a nice change of pace and definitely easier on the wallet.
What Sets It Apart
Here’s the thing about this place — it feels like you’re borrowing someone’s well-maintained home rather than staying in a generic rental. The furnishing is comfortable without trying too hard, and those tree views really do make a difference to the whole atmosphere. Recent guests have been rating the location 8.4, and I can see why. It’s one of those spots where you feel like you’ve discovered something that’s not completely overrun with tourists yet. The whole setup just works for people who want a bit more space and independence than your typical hotel room.
Why Guests Love It
With a 9.1 rating, this apartment is clearly doing something right, and after staying here, I get it. It’s the combination of having proper space to spread out, a location that feels authentically Perth, and those little touches that make it feel less institutional. You’re not fighting for elevator space or dealing with crowded hotel lobbies — you just come and go as you please. For couples especially, there’s something appealing about having your own little corner of the city where you can actually relax instead of feeling like you’re constantly “on” in hotel mode.
Early hotels booking in Perth secures private vineyard lunches in Swan Valley, whale-watching charters, and guided Aboriginal heritage walks.

Location was good
A Perfect Stay for Families – Peaceful, Clean, and Convenient!
We had a wonderful stay at Tranquil Tree View during our family holiday in Perth. The property truly lived up to its name – it was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and offered a serene environment perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. As a family with young children, we especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable it was. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy for evening downtime.
The location was great – quiet and private, yet conveniently close to many attractions like Kings Park, Caversham Wildlife Park, and the Mandurah Dolphin Cruise. It also felt very safe and family-friendly, which gave us great peace of mind.
Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.
We would definitely recommend Tranquil Tree View to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay in Perth. It was a home away from home – we hope to return again!
We loved it
What could be improved: Parking was a little tight when all apartments were occupied as we have a Toyota Lancruiser
Superb
Comfortable stay
What could be improved: TV didn't work for basic channels. Netflix and YouTube also didn't work with our own accounts. It kept failing while loading.
It is not accessible without a car.
10/10
Was clean and modern. Right on the doorstep of the Swan valley. Would highly recommend
What could be improved: When the wind picked up, the trees outside were banging on the wall and was very loud

Nice apartment. Superb accommodation. Quiet and secure location. It had what we wanted for a family of 4. It was clean, comfy, and homey (just like our own house).
Would definitely book again if we were to come back to Perth again. Not forgetting, great host! 👍 👏
