The location- close in between CBD and airport. Highly accessible via Orrong Road. IGA (convenient store) is walking distance to the unit.
A secure compound housing complex. A walk up unit with car park on ground floor.
The unit is clean and comfortable. 2 double beds and the owner also provide 1 folding beds

Communication with Susan was easy and provided information on getting the keys from the lock box. The place is within a small gated area so you always felt safe. Within walking distance is IGA to buy groceries etc and Belmont Forum is a 5 mins drive. The place is clean with good wifi connection, fully equipped kitchen and also washing machine. Highly recommended.

The place accommodates us (3 adults and one child) very well. We feel our three nights stay just like home. We rented a car and the location is close enough to many destinations, to Kings Park, Perth airport, DFO outlet, Carvensham and many more. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. It is close to Perth city centre and not far from the airport . It has a variety of shops just around the corner and larger shopping centres not far away.

A good size apartment at a reasonable price. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was very handy to the local IGA also.
What could be improved: A few basics in the kitchen would be good, like salt and pepper and perhaps a little long-life milk for the first night. Also there was only one teaspoon. These were minor inconveniences however.

The communication is very efficient and prompt. The location is good, close to a shopping street, along with several restaurants. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one actual kitchen with utilities one laundry room with washing machine and one balcony with clothes racks. So convenient. Great to stay there 4 days. Recommend it!
