Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Cottesloe Seaside Bliss on Napier Street, you immediately get that “I made the right choice” feeling. It’s one of those places where the name actually matches what you’re getting — honestly, the seaside location really does deliver that blissful vibe. The property sits in what I’d call the sweet spot of Cottesloe, close enough to hear the ocean but tucked away from the main tourist chaos. You know what struck me first? How the building feels like it belongs here, not like some generic hotel that could be anywhere.
Location Magic
This four-star spot has nailed the location game — I mean, couples are rating it 9.7, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You’re literally a two-minute stroll to Cottesloe Beach, which is hands-down one of Perth’s most stunning stretches of sand. But here’s what the guidebooks don’t tell you: you’re also walking distance to some seriously good local cafes and that Sunday markets scene that locals actually go to. The parking situation is refreshingly stress-free too — having it right on-site means you can actually explore without worrying about finding a spot when you get back.
The Room Experience
My room had this lovely coastal-meets-contemporary thing going on that didn’t feel forced or overdone. The windows frame views that change throughout the day — morning light hits differently here, and sunset views are pretty spectacular if you snag the right side of the building. What I appreciated most was the attention to comfort details: quality linens, proper blackout options for sleeping in, and a bathroom that’s actually spacious enough to move around in. The air conditioning works properly too, which matters more than you’d think during Perth’s warmer months.
Dining and Amenities
While there isn’t a full-scale restaurant on-site, the breakfast setup they offer is thoughtfully done — fresh local ingredients and options that go beyond the usual continental spread. I actually found myself enjoying the quieter dining atmosphere; it feels more intimate than those massive hotel breakfast halls. The spa facilities are compact but well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or city exploring. Staff here seem to genuinely know the area well — they pointed me toward a fantastic fish and chips spot that I never would have found otherwise.
Why Guests Love It
What sets this place apart is how it balances that beachside relaxation with genuine Perth accessibility. You’re not stuck in a tourist bubble here — you can walk to real neighborhood spots, grab groceries easily, and still feel like you’re on a proper seaside getaway. The recent guest ratings speak for themselves, particularly that 9.8 location score, which honestly reflects how rare it is to find accommodation that’s both peaceful and perfectly positioned. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay if you can, not because there’s endless entertainment, but because the whole experience just works.

Guest Reviews
Superb
Loved the balcony.
Please note that this apartment does not have air conditioning & is on the top floor of the building up 2 flights of outside stairs. Wonderful balcony & absolutely 1st class position. The kitchen is well equipped & bathroom is a good size with washing machine. Bedroom is very small & wardrobe cluttered with appliances. Several small details ( ridiculous little mats are tripping hazard, dirty old mop & brooms in bathroom corner)
could be attended to & this would get a much better review as it really could be a very good apartment. It needs a bit more attention to detail.
Great location and view, bedroom and bathroom needs deep clean and ideally refresh as it is tired.
Location and view
What could be improved: It is in need of a deep clean and refresh / repaint in the bedroom/ bathroom
Beautiful apartment in perfect location
Super apartment. Well stocked. Well located. Very clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: Nothing at all!
Great value apartment in a perfect location
Quite, easy parking and close to the beach and restaurants. Good simple provisions and clean towels.
What could be improved: No air-con, but to be fair I usually don't like using it - but it was 40+ for the entire stay
We had a lovely stay and will be back!
An absolute gem! Homely, amazing ocean views, close to everything, very well equipped and clean.
What could be improved: Nothing here to dislike
Great location. Short walk to the beach and cafes. Lovely views from the balcony. Had everything I needed.
Great location.
This was our second stay as we Love the location but the apartment needs an update.
Location is excellent.
Wonderful view. Fabulous sunny balcony.
What could be improved: Small mats were dangerous. Linen could be updated & fresher. Apartment felt tired & slightly cluttered.
Really enjoyed our stay and views were lovely
Really good location with great amenities provided by the host
What could be improved: Accessibility issues - not for everyone
