Overview
So I stayed at this place on St Georges Terrace – honestly, when I first saw the name “114 Incredible Cbd Swanriver Suite Prkg” I thought it was some weird booking glitch, but it’s actually just apartment 114 in this building right in the heart of Perth’s CBD. And you know what? That slightly awkward name doesn’t matter once you’re there because the location is absolutely perfect.
The thing about St Georges Terrace is that you’re literally in the middle of everything – I mean, you can walk to the Swan River in about three minutes, and all those fancy bars and restaurants along the waterfront are right there. But here’s what I really appreciated: the parking situation is actually sorted (hence the “Prkg” in the name, I guess). If you’ve ever tried to park in Perth CBD on a weekend, you’ll know this is kind of a big deal. The apartment itself feels more like a proper suite than some cramped hotel room – there’s real space to spread out, and the kitchen setup means you can grab groceries from the IGA down the street instead of paying hotel restaurant prices for everything. The view… well, let’s just say you get glimpses of the Swan River if you crane your neck a bit, but honestly the real appeal is being able to walk everywhere.
What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night, which is sort of surprising given you’re right on one of Perth’s main drags. The building’s got good soundproofing, I think, because even with all the city action below, I slept really well. The whole place has that modern apartment feel – clean lines, decent wifi, proper shower pressure (trust me, this matters after a long day walking around). I actually ended up staying an extra night because check-out felt too early, and the staff were pretty accommodating about it. You’re a five-minute walk from Perth Underground station, so getting to Fremantle or the beaches is dead easy, and if you’re into that whole small bar scene Perth’s got going on, there are about ten great spots within stumbling distance. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but for the price point and location, it delivers exactly what you want from a Perth stay.

Superb
Location and property
What could be improved: Key collection process
Exceptional
Exceptional
Loved this accommodation and would definitely recommend for any friends or family holidaying in Perth.
The views were “incredible”, and such a great location for discovering Perth city.
What could be improved: Parking was very tight space.
Exceptional
Unbeatable view and location for a short city trip
The balcony and view. Can stay there all morning
What could be improved: Wifi speed isn’t good enough
Very inconvenient keys off-site and have to do own cleaning!
Location close to Westin for a work conference. The apartment was clean and tidy.
What could be improved: The keys not being on site, and they pickup location was quite a distance away. It's such a bad service! Having to empty rubbish etc, that is the cleaner's job, as I'm sure cleaning is built into the cost. Due to these 2 things, I would never stay here again as they clearly don't care about customer service.
Excellent accommodation, great location and spotless!
Perfect location and facilities. Views we fantastic.
What could be improved: The only issue we had was we were only given one set of keys!
We asked for a second set which were promised to us by the Staycay team but we did not hear back before we left!
Only having one set for two couples is ridiculous and to then have the team fail to action their email confirming we could have a second set was poor service.
Good
The property was excellent & in a great location.Very nicely furnished & fabulous views.
What could be improved: Experience was ruined as we had to wait nearly 2 hours after check-in time to use the apartment as the cleaning was still underway. After paying a premium price, not even soap in the showers! Didn’t like having to follow up for the return of my bond.
Spacious, convenient, beautiful view but very smelly!!
Excellent location. Lovely view. Very spacious. Streaming services available on TV. Comfortable furniture. Amazing kitchen. Sound proof from outside noises. Lovely clean pool with lots of shade. Small but clean gym. Public transport is easily accessible. Had all appliances that you need in a kitchen besides scissors. Very friendly, respectful and quiet neighbours. Great air conditioning. Close to cafes and supermarkets.
What could be improved: Check in/Check out details are quite complicated and time consuming. The lock box with keys is on a whole different street than the apartment. Garbage can be smelt quite frequently through the whole complex. The under sink cupboard was filthy and smelt horrible. All windows and the glass on the balcony were filthy. Body wash in first bedroom (mint scent) left an awful reaction on skin. Property was advertised as a no smoking property yet found countless cigarette butts on balcony mixed in with pebbles. Not enough bath linen provided for a weekend stay. (each bathroom includes two bath towels, one bath mat and one hand towel.) No drying space besides a dryer. Only get given one set of keys between four people which resulted in one of our guests trying the stair case and getting stuck. DO NOT GO DOWN THE STAIRS/FIRE ESCAPE!!!!!! YOU WILL GET STUCK!!!! I’m not sure how you are supposed to get out if there’s a fire but it’s not convenient at all. No air flow and no way to get out of the stair case AND no way to contact anyone from there. The parking space is complicated to find and get to so patience is definitely needed!!! Upon arriving some things in the property were damaged including a broken hinge and a ripped blind.
