Overview
First Impressions
Walking into 10 Relaxing Resortpkgpoolgym 2br2ba — yes, that’s actually the name — you’ll find yourself in a surprisingly well-appointed four-star apartment that’s way more polished than its quirky moniker suggests. I mean, the name might sound like someone fell asleep on their keyboard, but honestly, this place delivers exactly what it promises. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup feels spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Perth‘s skyline beautifully. You know what struck me most? How quiet it is despite being right in the thick of everything.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about Mounts Bay Road — you’re literally a five-minute walk from Elizabeth Quay and maybe ten minutes to the main shopping strip on Murray Street. The location score of 9.0 isn’t just marketing fluff; I’ve stayed in plenty of “centrally located” places that still require a trek to get anywhere useful. This one’s different. You can walk to Kings Park (which, honestly, is Perth’s crown jewel), and the Swan River is right there when you want to clear your head. Plus, there’s parking included, which in Perth CBD is basically like finding gold.
The Space Itself
The room layout works really well for couples — and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so, since couples consistently rate this place highly. The master bedroom has this great view, and the second bedroom doubles as a perfect office space if you’re mixing business with pleasure. The kitchen is actually functional, not just decorative like some apartment hotels, with proper appliances and enough counter space to make breakfast without feeling cramped. Both bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, though the main one has the better shower pressure.
Amenities That Count
The building’s pool area is where the “resort” part of the name starts making sense — it’s not huge, but it’s well-designed and rarely crowded during weekdays. The gym is basic but covers the essentials if you want to squeeze in a workout. What I really appreciated was how everything felt maintained and clean, not like those places where the facilities look great in photos but are clearly an afterthought. The building’s common areas have this relaxed vibe that makes you want to linger with a coffee.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Perth isn’t the easiest city to navigate if you don’t know it well, but staying here puts you in the sweet spot where you can walk to most things worth seeing. The apartment gives you that home-away-from-home feeling without sacrificing the services you’d expect from a proper hotel. It’s particularly great for longer stays — I can see why couples book this for romantic getaways or extended business trips. The combination of space, location, and that surprisingly peaceful atmosphere (despite being in the CBD) creates something that’s hard to find elsewhere in Perth. Plus, not having to stress about parking in the city center? That alone makes it worth considering.

Guest Reviews
It was good for a short stay but quantifies of supplies (eg beverages) was insufficient.
Security was a plus point
What could be improved: As there was only 1 key, it was difficult for 4 of us - needed to plan n coordinate our movements.
Apartment provides it all, comfortable with everything you’d need for a few days in the city. No need to drive as the ci
Very well appointed apartment. Awesome location to get into the city, around Kings Park etc on foot.
What could be improved: Purposely left blank. Can’t think of any real negative.
Good
Property was in a central location
Secure and orderly
Apartment clean and comfortable
Closeness to Kings Park great bonus.
What could be improved: 2nd bathroom needs updating
The property was conveniently located within the walking distance of the city and train station.
What could be improved: Initially I was treatened with cancelation if I do not pay the deposit 7 days in advance. Then the deposit was only refunded 2 weeks later after I had to call them.
All in all we enjoyed the Apartment, locality and we would likely stay again
Locality. Was an easy walk to the CBD and to Elizabeth Station & Quay and Kings Park.
What could be improved: Oven wasn’t working, Property Manager has sorted an Air Fryer, not quite the same as an oven. Suggest getting rid of one of the tables and getting a two seater lounge suite. The lounge suite in the unit doesn’t accommodate four people.
Great position for Perth highlights
Great position easy access to Kings Park CBD and Elizabeth Quay
What could be improved: Couch was too small for 4 people really needed an armchair too. Only 4 knives forks etc which we found strange as it meant meant washing items all the time to use them
Very comfortable and good location.
What could be improved: Instructions to find 128 mounts bay road could be clearer. It is not logical to have the bottle shop, then parking driveway, then 126. You need to walk past 126 to come to 128 front door.
Photos make it look like apartment 10 was outside the pool but iT was not.
Great place to stay
Very well equipped, painless check-in, two bathrooms.
What could be improved: Cost more than a hotel would have cost. But it was very big and well equipped.
