Great location and faciluties
Great stay, close to the airport!

What could be improved: nothing
Great Apartment with all you need for a holiday.
Easy access, I arrived late and could get into the via a lockbox with keys. Had a secure car park, quite location and you can walk to Belmont Forum which has array of shops.
Exceptional
The proximity to transport, taxis, attractions, restaurants, takeaways, cinema, plus much more. The security and quiet complex, even the school across the road, isn't overly city busy.
What could be improved: The planes on some days, though being from a regional area, any city noise, is different.
My stay was generally pleasant and suited my expectations

Great location for families, you don't find any buildings in front of you when using balcony for some fresh air. Walking distance to Belmont Forum, close to airport, DFO and Costco.
TV has it all, the screen size is extra big & up to date, cable TV & self casting are available as well!
Bathroom is new & comfortable with both a strong laundry & efficient drying Machines. Nice floor. In total, It is a good private ground floor apartment for 2 adults or plus a child.
Parking is in front of the unit at ground floor inside a gate, Too Close to the unit door. Beautiful.
What could be improved: We were overcharged, the booking rate 1608$ for 8 nights, but we were charged 1627.41$, they should honour the agreement and not charge any extra fees. Was not informed of the reason of such difference. Not a big deal!!
Windows were insecured, the lock to the outside patio (kerb and street) was wonky and insecure. Given that the apartment is on the ground floor to the street, it makes the whole apartment insecure as if sleeping on the street, anybody with a little effort can break in!!
I have informed the owner about it, should be fixed in the future.
Though Car Parking was inside the secured automatic doors (inside gates), I found car's left side mirror pushed to the extreme opposite back, someone inside the complex was trying to snap it by pushing it all the way back, though the car parking space is very wide and spacious, not close to the wall or staircase. disappointed!!! No reason for such sabotage!!

The perfect self contained apartment. It was clean, close to shopping centre/mall. Fully equipped kitchen facilities. comfortable bed and water/dryer as well. Close to Airport.
What could be improved: Front Patio gets hot 🥵 no shade but great at night.
