Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Executive living – Townhouse close to central Perth, you immediately get the sense this isn’t your typical hotel experience. The townhouse sits quietly on Pier Street, and honestly, if you weren’t looking for it, you might walk right past — which is actually part of its charm. This four-star property feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than checking into a standard hotel room. The building has that understated Perth character, nothing flashy, but you can tell someone put real thought into making this work as a proper home base.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about Pier Street — you’re close enough to everything that matters without being stuck in the thick of tourist chaos. I mean, you can walk to the main shopping areas and business district without breaking a sweat, but when you come back in the evening, it actually feels peaceful. The fact that there’s free private parking on-site is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving around Perth (and let’s be real, having a car here makes exploring so much easier). Couples seem to really get this location — there’s something about having your own little retreat while still being connected to the city that just works for romantic getaways.
The Townhouse Experience
What sets Executive living apart is that you’re not getting a cookie-cutter hotel room. The space feels like an actual home, with proper living areas where you can spread out and actually relax. You know how most hotel rooms make you feel like you’re camping indoors? This is the opposite of that. There’s room to breathe, and the setup makes sense whether you’re here for business or just exploring Perth. The furnishings aren’t trying too hard to be trendy — they’re just comfortable and functional, which I actually prefer.
Practical Comforts
The little details here really add up. Having a proper kitchen means you can grab groceries and make coffee the way you like it, or even cook a simple meal if you don’t feel like going out every night. The Wi-Fi works properly (you’d be surprised how often this is an issue), and there’s enough space to work if you need to. Storage is actually adequate — I hate when you’re living out of a suitcase because there’s nowhere to put anything. It’s these kinds of practical touches that make a longer stay feel manageable rather than exhausting.
Why Guests Love It
Recent guests have been rating the location at 8.9, and after staying here, I get why. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in Perth rather than just visiting it. Couples especially seem drawn to the privacy and space — you can have quiet mornings with coffee and actually talk to each other without hotel corridor noise. The townhouse setup gives you independence while still having the backup of hotel-style service when you need it. If you’re the type who gets claustrophobic in standard hotel rooms or you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, Executive living – Townhouse close to central Perth offers something genuinely different in the Perth accommodation scene.

Guest Reviews
Comfortable and pleasant
The property was clean and well equipped. Location was good too.
What could be improved: All good.
Very good
Location to cbd and great restaurants is excellent. Plenty of space inside!
What could be improved: Generally very unclean. Feels like walking into a 20 year olds share house
Bad
Nothing
What could be improved: Walls were stained with various colours, rug on the second floor looks as if it had been ravaged by an angry lion, smoking area on the balcony had leftover cigarette butts and was really nasty with black gunk, the washing machine had a transparent slime on its walls so we didn’t use it at all. The fridge had leftover milk and noodles from the previous person that stayed and had we stayed any longer than 2 nights, me and my family would have gone absolutely insane by the nastiness and dirtiness of this place. Location was good and near the city, the house is well built and captivating but needs serious renovation and upkeeping.
Excellent location > 10 mins walk to MD, Woolworth, IGA > 30 mins walk to Elizabeth Quay, Hey Street
Location is great, easy to move around with bus (free/pay) or walking. House is big enough for 8 of us. When we arrived, it was so sweet that the 2 refrigerator in the house equiped with 2 bottles of 1.5L mineral water, 2 small pack of cereals and instant noodles.
What could be improved: I wish owner could look into the surrounding area, as there are mosquito in the house. I am indeed happy to find 2 wall clock in the house, sad to say that the clock is not working.

What could be improved: the house was very untidy, floors dirty, mold in pots etc. we had to do other peoples dishes & pick up their rubbish
